Job Description

福利 (Benefits:):

1)月薪:大约180

  Basic Salary: Average 1.8M KRW per month

2)培训费:3 (日薪) (训练为期十五天,09:00 – 18:00

  Paid training: 30, 000 KRW per day (15 days, 09:00 – 18:00)

3)加班者有额外津贴(非强制性加班)

  Volunteer work after 21:00 will have more allowance

4) 四大保险 + 司内咖啡厅 + 旅游奖金卷(每半年)

  Insurance + cafeteria + travel voucher per half year

5) 工作地点:富川市 Toona商场 9楼(地铁一号线松内站2号出口 *只需步行3分钟)

  Location: Bucheon Toona Mall 9th floor (reachable by LRT – line 1 to Songnae 2nd entry – only walk for 3 mins)

入职资格:

1) 需要签证(H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5, & F6

  Candidate must possess visa (H1, D2, D10, F2, F4, F5, & F6).

2) 可以说基本的英语 + 流畅的普通话

  Able to speak basic English + native Chinese

3) 有良好的沟通技巧 + 对工作充满热忱

  Good communication skill + passionate people

4) 抗压能力高+有服务意识

  Able to work under pressure + Willing to serve 

职责 (Responsibilities)

1) 接听客户电话+提供相关资讯(预定,取消,确认预定等综合的客户服务)

  Handling calls for customer inquiries (booking enquiries, complaints management and other raising issue related)
