Job Description

A well-established Korea based contact center which provide customer service to several companies (Electronic, Smartphone, Travel & etc) is searching for customer services talents.

  • Salary: Basic 1. 6M KRW + other commission + allowances (TAKE home salary 1.8M – 1.9M KRW)
  • POSSIBILITY of obtaining E7 visa (Permanent working visa)
  • Located at Bu-cheon (1 hour from Seoul) *Walking distance from Sang-nae (MRT)*
  • PAID TRAINING (15 Days) is provided.
  • Flight allowances provided (T & C)
  • Responsibilities includes answering inbound calls and responding to e-mail.

Requirement: 1. Valid Visa Holder (H1, D10, F2 etc) 2. Must be available for a regular schedule of 5 days in a week with 9 working hours per day that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours. Operation Hours are from 7am to 8pm and it would be extended to 24hours service in future 3. Hospitality & Travel related work experience is an advantage. 4.
