2018 marks a milestone for the cannabis ecosystem as legalization becomes widespread throughout North America.  The expansion of the market will be followed by a boom of cannabis related businesses.  As the industry still faces scrutiny and lack of open infrastructure, many of these companies will not be able to engage in mass distribution and achieve vast growth.  GrowPayment will fill this gap by developing a blockchain supported cannabis marketplace to access global reach and leverage cryptocurrency to fiat money transactions.

GrowPayment’s vision is to revolutionize the emerging cannabis industry through the decentralized economy and instill growth through innovation and the use of disruptive technology. Our goal is to set up an infrastructure where consumers can globally access cannabis related products with full confidence. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding the business technology among the public to reach sales targets
  • Responsible for connecting with major financial institutions, developing product channels and maintaining channel relationships
  • Develop high-net-worth customer market and establish long-term good relationship with customers
  • Actively organize company’s business promotion activities and publications
  • Responsible for attending summits, ICO, cryptocurrency and cannabis events to pitch to investors
  • Develop a comprehensive Investor Relations framework and strategy
  • Build and maintain a powerful reputation through clear and consistent two-way communication
  • Manage relationships with analysts, investors, and individual tokenholders
  • Provide market insights to the Executive management team, including financial trends, shareholder concerns, competitor actions, and anything that might impact the company


  • Education: Bachelor degree or above preferred
  • Experienced in financial industry and B2B sales preferred
  • Hard working, strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with ICO, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency is preferred
  • Familiar with the Cannabis industry is preferred
  • Extremely positive attitude about working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experienced with a strong record of building positive long-term relations with the investors
  • Thorough knowledge and expertise in capital markets and performance metrics for public companies
  • A deep understanding of trends in capital markets, macroeconomics, competitors and customer trends
  • Someone who is entrepreneurial in orientation, as well as having a client-service mentality; must be able to excel under pressure, as well as meet short deadlines
  • Possesses excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft powerful and engaging messages that inspire others
